Terms of Service

BSB's terms of service are our contract with you. They include our commitment as a service provider and your obligations as a customer.

1. Service Description

BSB provides a cloud‑based financial dashboard where you can upload CSV files and view dashboards, charts, transactions, and reports.

2. User‑Uploaded Data

You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of all data you upload, including CSV files. You retain full ownership and control of your data. We encourage you to export and delete your data at any time.

3. License & Use

By uploading data, you grant BSB a limited license to store, process, back up, and display that data so you can use the services. You do not grant any broader rights or permissions.

4. Data Backup & Protection

We perform automated daily backups of your data and use encryption at rest and in transit. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to help protect your data, though we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for accidental data loss despite our best efforts.

5. No Data Monetization or Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your uploaded data in any way. We will not access or use your data except to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Account & Access

You control your account. You are responsible for access credentials and any activity performed under your account.

7. Termination

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account and data. We may suspend or terminate your service for violations of this agreement.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

BSB is provided “as is”. We disclaim all implied warranties. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

10. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate and billed upfront. These payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewal, and you will retain access through the end of the billing period.

11. Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review the issue and respond accordingly.

Monthly Plan: Billed in advance, non-refundable. Cancel anytime.
Annual Plan: One-time discounted payment, non-refundable.
