Refund Policy

No refund is due to you if you terminate your subscription or BSB terminates it in accordance with terms of service.

Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions:

Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate and are non-refundable. Cancellation stops auto-renewal but does not trigger a refund.

Billing Disputes:

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge so we can review and assist.
